Dashwood Out of School Club

At the beginning of each half term an invoice will be
issued for each child booked into club.
Fees are payable in advance. Fees may be paid daily, weekly or half termly by cheque,standing order or cash. Several companies now do schemes for parents to pay for childcare through their wages. Please ask for further details. Late payment will incur a 10% charge.

Dashwood Out of School Care Club is a small business thats does not make a big profit as the money is used to provide the best environment fot the children
To ensure the continued smooth running of the club,
it has to rely on the regular payment of fees

Parents may be able to apply for help with child-care fees

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club Details

The children are offered a choice of breakfast from a varied and
nutritious menu. Independence is encouraged by guiding the
children towards choosing and preparing their own breakfast.

A toothbrush and toothpaste is supplied for all attending children.

After School Club

Each session runs

£7.75 per 1st child
£6.75 per sibling

Colection from surrounding schools £1.00 per child per session

After School Club Details

All children will be offered a snack and drink from a menu.
This may be Jacket potato with cheese, hot dogs ,fruit etc.
All dietary needs are taken into consideration.
Funded spaces are available for children and
families with special needs. The decision regarding
allocation of these spaces is made by the
Manager.
All details are kept strictly confidential

We are currently able to collect children by minibus from the
following schools; Harriers, The Grange, St John's and Overthorpe

Holiday Play-Scheme
Full days

Open for all school holidays except December

£19.50 per 1st child per day
£17.50 per sibling per day

Lunch is available for £2.00 per child per day.
Lunch boxes may be brought along if preferred

Half Days

Open for 7 weeks throughout the year
Monday - Friday
8.30 - 12.30
1.30 - 5.30

Fees per session

£10.00 per 1st child per session
£9.00 per sibling per session

Holiday Play-Scheme details

Mid morning and mid afternoon snacks are provided, along with drinks throughout the day.

Lunch will be provided at a cost of £2.00 per child per day. This needs to be ordered in advance. (some allowances can be made in an emergency) Or, children can bring lunch boxes

The Holiday Playscheme is open all school holidays except for December. Dates are available on request.

Each day will be filled with fun activities, toys and games. There are regular day trips organised and planned in advance, either locally within walking distance, or further afield using a reputable coach company or the club minibus
